Your tasks
- You plan and perform software tests for embedded software, e.g. in the automotive sector. You are also responsible for module or function tests at MIL, SIL and PIL test stations.
- You design test concepts, including the selection and adaptation of suitable test methods and tools.
- The development and further development of automated tests and test frameworks are also part of your tasks.
- The creation of reports, test protocols and error messages as well as the retesting of error corrections complete your area of responsibility.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your studies in computer science or comparable. Alternatively, you have successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist and have already gained several years of professional experience, or you can present a technician.
- Your programming skills in C/C++ and MATLAB as well as experience with model-based code generation using Simulink are solid.
- Ideally, you have experience in the area of system and/or software testing and in dealing with corresponding test methods. In addition, certification by ISTQB and experience with the bus systems commonly used in the automotive sector (CAN, FlexRay, LIN, MOST, etc.) is an advantage.
